Matar paneer 


 Onion                           medium choppedg

round coriander         1 tesp

Cheese                           250 grams

Peas                               500 grams

Tomatoes                     chopped 250 grams

Yogurt                         250 grams

Coriander                  chopped few leaves

Five cloves of garlic    crushed 

Oil                                125 grams

Ginger                        chopped 15 grams

Turmeric                  1 teaspoon

Green chillies          chopped 2 pcs

Salt                             to taste

Garam masala ground one teaspoon


Finely chop onion, garlic and coriander leaves and keep aside. 

Cut the cheese into one inch pieces. After that, put a little ghee in a pan, brown the karpanir pieces lightly and take them out on a plate.

Finely chop the rest of the onion and fry it with hot sauce. 

When it turns red, add chopped ginger, turmeric and minced onion and fry until the ghee spices separate. 

Now add paneer, peas, curd, red chillies, tomatoes and salt to it and fry on low flame for five to six minutes.

 Add enough water in it to dissolve the peas. Cook for at least twenty minutes. Let's have a delicious pea paneer is ready.

 Add hot spices and chopped coriander on top and serve.
