Chilli paneer recipe 


Oil                                3 tablespoons

 Cheese cubes            5 hundred grams

 Onions                       1 medium size  

 Salt                             to taste 

Green chillies           3 chopped

Garlic                         2  teaspoons chopped 

Ginger                       2 teaspoons 

 Cheese soy sauce    2 tablespoons

 Black pepper           1 teaspoon chopped

 cornstarch mixed with a tablespoon of water 

11 green onions two pieces 12 carrots two pieces


Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the cheese cubes till they become briny. 

After that, soak them in a pot of hot water. Fry until golden.

Now add cheese, soy sauce and black pepper and cook for two minutes. 

 Now add little water and when it boils, add cornstarch mixture and keep stirring. 

 When the sauce thickens, garnish with green onions and carrots.
