1. skim milk                                  2 cups

 2. unsweetened gelatin             25 ounces

 3. heavy cream                            2 cups

4. white sugar                               half  cup 

 5. vanilla extract                        1 teaspoon

6. Strawberry.                          For garnish


1. Put milk in a bowl, add gelatin powder and stir. And set aside.

2. Put heavy cream and sugar in a pan and mix. And cook on light inches.

3. Now add cream, gelatin and milk and mix well. 

4. Cook for one minute and keep stirring. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pour into six individual ramekin pots.

5. Cool open remixes at room temperature. When cool, cover with plastic wrap, and then refrigerate for 4 hours, preferably overnight before serving.Garnish with strawberries.
