Chana chaat 



1. chickpeas                            Half kg

2. Boiled potatoes                  2 chops

3. Onion                                  1 chopped

4. tomato                                2 chopped

5. green chillies                   4 chopped

6. Yogurt                                1 cup

7. tamarind                          2 tablespoons

8. Salt                                     to taste

9. chili  powder                   1 tbsp

10. Chaat  masala                 2 tbsp


1. Put gram in a bowl and soak it in water.

2. And put half a teaspoon of soda in it.

3. Now leave it overnight.

4. Boil the chickpeas Drain the water

Put potatoes in water and boil it

Then cool and chop the potatoes.

5. Chop onion and tomato. Put tamarind in a bowl and mix it with 4 tablespoons of water.

6. Now put potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chili in a bowl and mix.

Then add salt, red chilli, Chaat masala, spice and mix in the yougrt and then put it in the chaat and also add tamarind. Now mix the chana chaat well. Delicious chana chaat is ready.
