Ingredients

1. Rice.                          1/2 cup

2. Sugar                       1 cup

3. Milk                         2 kg

4. Cardamom            3 digits

5. Water                     2 glasses

6. Almonds                for garnish

7. Raisins                   Half a cup


Method

1. Put rice in a bowl, wash it and put it in a pan with two glasses of water to cook on a light inch. 

2. When the water is dry, add milk in it and cook on high heat till milk boils.

3. And keep stirring the spoon. And when the milk boils, turn it into light inches. 

4. Now put raisins in it. And when the milk is a little dry, add sugar and cardamom in it. 

5. And cook on light inch. When the milk is dry and the kheer is cooked, put it in a bowl and let it cool down. 

6. Then decorate the almonds. The cool simple and delicious kheer is ready to serve.
