Korean sausage bread recipe


1. Chicken sausages 6 pieces

2. Boil corn 1/2 cup

7. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons

9..Mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup

10. Yeast 2 tablespoons

11. Sugar 1 tablespoon

12. Hot milk 1/2 cup

13. Egg 1 number

14. Flour 2 cups

15. Oil 2 tablespoons

16. Salt According to taste

1. Put the corn in a bowl and mix the onion, dried oregano, dried parsley, red pepper, and put mayonnaise. 

2. And mix again. Now add cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Mix well and put aside.

3. Now put yeast, sugar, hot milk in a bowl and mix and keep for ten minutes.

4.  Now add egg and two cups of flour, mix well and now add two tablespoons of oil and salt. Add well. Mix well. 

5. And make a dough. And keep it for an hour. Now put flour on it and mix again and make a smooth dough. 

6. Now make small bowls of it. And a little bit. Take a small vine. In the shape of a length. 

7. Now put a sausage in it and make a roll of it. And close it from both sides. Cut it into half-inch pieces with the help of a knife, cutting it into five to six pieces and place it in a V-shape to design it and keep it for fifteen to twenty minutes. 

8. Now put an egg on top of it and make the stuffing. Put two to three tablespoons in length. Now place it at 180.C temperature and bake for 20 minutes. 

9. Now you like ketchup to win over it. Serve. Korean sausage bread is ready.
