Samosa recipe

Ingredients 

1. Potato                                 2  Boiled

2. Chickpea Boiled               Half Cup

3. Onion                                 ½  chopped 

4. Kasuri methi                      1 tbsp

5. Oil                                         for frying 

6. Dried coriander                  1 tbsp

 7. Pomegranate Seed Powder 1 tbsp

8. Green chilli                        2 chopped 

9. Salt                                       to taste 

10. Ajwain                            1 tea spoon 

11. Red chilli                        1 tbsp

12 Samosa                             strip 5

13. Egg                             a number


Method 

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry on low heat for two to three minutes.

2.  Now add green chillies, salt, red chillies, Ajwain, pomegranate seeds powder, dried coriander, Kasuri methi. 

 3. cook for five minutes. Then add potatoes and chickpea now mix it well and cook for three to four minutes. And cool in a bowl.

4. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Now place the egg on the edges of the samosa strip. And make a samosa shape full of spices in it. 

5. Heat oil well in a pan and deep fry the samosa. And delicious samosa are ready

  9. I have to say that we are called Caijiao here. Since I was little, I have liked my mother's fried Caijiao. They are very delicious.
