Cream cake recepie

Cream cake is a very delicious cake. We cut cream cake for birthdays and different parties. Everyone eats cream cake very fondly. Cream cake is easy to make and very tasty to eat. Kids love cream cake very much. 


1. Refined flour            ¹/⁴ cup

2. Baking powder             1tsp

3. Sugar                               1tbsp

4.   Sugar powder          1/4kilogram

5.  Butter (Makhan)       125 gram

6.  Fresh Cream              125 gram

7. 4 Egg Yolks    separated from the whites

8. 4 Egg Whites   separated from the yolks

9.  Lemon Skin grated         ¹/² tsp

10. A pinch of          Cardamom Powder 

11. Vanilla Essence               ¹/⁴ tsp

12. Vanilla Essence                   ¹/⁴tsp

13. Orange Juice                         ¹/²tsp


1. Sift the refined flour and baking powder together.

2.  Soften the butter with the fresh cream and beat it with the powdered sugar.
3. Add the egg yolk one by one to it while beating.

4.  Also add the orange juice, grated lemon skin. cardamom powder and ¼ tsp. 

5. of vanilla essence. Add the refined flour a little by little and mix the contents well with a spoon. 

6. Beat the egg whites and add the other ¼ tsp.

7.  of vanilla essence. Beat again by adding sugar intermittently.

8.  Mix it with the prepared cake mixture. Pour the batter to a greased and floured vessel or pan.

9.  Bake in a preheated oven, set at 400oC 
for 20 minutes or until done.
