Khoya custard recepie


1.  Milk                                   1 litter

2. Bread Slices                     2

3. Custard Powder              4 tablespoon

4. Fresh Cream                    1 packet

5. Sugar                                1 cup

6. Vanilla Essence             1/2 teaspoons

7. Khoya                               250 gm

8. Almonds                           250 gm          

9.  Pistachios                          50 gm

10. Desiccated Coconut          50 gm

11. Oil                                           for frying


1. Cut edges of bread slices then break into small pieces.
2. Now fry in hot oil until light golden.

3. Pour milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
4.  Now add sugar and stir well.

5.  in a small bowl,dissolve custard in water.
6. Now pour this mixture into milk, keep stirring and cook till custard is thickened.

7. Stir in the vanilla essence and dish it out.

8. Place bread slices in a serving dish.

9. Then pour prepared custard over them. Sprinkle custard over it.

10. Garnish with almonds, pistachios, desiccate coconut and top with cream and let it cool completely.

11. Delicious Khoya Custard is ready to serve.
